Tribology, Diagnosing Machine Conditions

TCD Lab. focuses on tribology and condition monitoring with oil sensors. Our research is related to the design of bearings and the analysis of friction and wear characteristics.

Moreover, by monitoring the oil using oil sensors, we are checking the condition of the oil and making more convenient mechanical diagnosis. In addition, we are conducting research on lubricant sensor development, lubricant refining, and lubricant analysis.
